Return Policy

Post Delivery date, We provide 7 days no-question-asked return. Please initiate return request by mailing us on info@masalahouse.co.in and attach photo of the product and reason for return. We will approve return within 48 hours of request and will arrange pickup from our logistic partner within next 2-3 days. Once We receive returned product then we will initiate full refund of the money. Buyer will not be paying for return pickup or return shipment. 

Refund Policy

Refund in the case of product return will be initiated once we receive product at our end. In the case of original mode of payment to be direct bank transfer or UPI, refund amount will be credited within 2-3 working days of initiating refund process.
In the case of original mode of payment to be cash, Refund amount will be credited in your Bank Account only after you provide your bank details on the mail ID (info@masalahouse.co.in) and we will process payment within 7-10 working days of initiating refund process.
